How do I login to my account? How do I edit my account information?
If you’re a returning customer, simply login at the, ‘My Account‘ link at the top, where you’ll have access to account management features, such as changing your password, shipping address, billing address, etc.
If you select, ‘Remember Me’ when you login the first time (and cookies are enabled in your browser), you won’t have to keep logging in every time you visit us.
The Orders tab gives you information on your orders.
The Addresses tab is where you can edit your shipping and billing addresses in case they change. These addresses are automatically loaded when you checkout. Note that you can specify different shipping addresses for your individual/different orders.
The Account details tab is where you can edit account information, such as: first and last names, email, password.
I was in the middle of my order when my browser shut down – what do I do?
If you have your own personal account with us and have cookies enabled, then your cart will be restored with the items you had already added to it, the next time you login to Makeup Stash.
How do I manage my orders?
I forgot my password. How do I login?
If you have forgotten your password, simply go to the login page (My Account) and click on “Forgot your Password”. Enter your email address and a password reset email will be sent to you. If you do not find it in your inbox, please check your Junk/Spam folder.
Can I cancel or modify my order after I’ve checked out?
Of course! You can cancel or modify your order BEFORE it has been shipped and you’ve been sent the order completed and shipped email.
Just drop us an email at orders <<at>> makeupstash <<dot>> pk referencing your order number. Or just simply reply to the ‘Order Receipt’ email we send you containing your order info and PDF invoice when you place your order.
Once you have received the package, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
How do I get a bill/receipt for my order?
Immediately after you have successfully placed your order with us, you will receive an email that contains information regarding the details of your order, along with an attached PDF invoice. This email/invoice is your receipt that can be printed for your records. The order confirmation email includes your order number, the details of the products and corresponding prices, coupons etc, your ship-to and bill-to information and other details. In case of a problem with the order, please be sure to mention the order number in your email. Note that your order information is also included in your Orders tab in your account dashboard.

How do I track my order?
You can track your order at our logistics partner BlueEx at their tracking portal http://blue-ex.com/, using your order tracking number.
You receive your order tracking number in the order completed and shipped email we send you, once your order has been marked for shipping.
Registered users can also view the tracking number for their order in the “Orders” tab under “My Account” link.
When is my order shipped?
We dispatch in stock products within 2-5 working days after receiving your order. Some products may take longer depending on weight and size. We offer expedited shipping for same day delivery in Lahore (provided the order is placed till 2:00 p.m) and Two Days delivery in other cities (with some additional charges).
Please note that orders received on public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day. You will received an email, informing you of when your order is shipped along with a tracking code that you can use to track your order at our shipping partner’s website.
What info do I need to provide on my shipping address?
Make sure to provide your COMPLETE postal address for speedy and accurate delivery.
Provide your precise house number, city, province and phone number.
It is also advised that you provide the name of a prominent and easily identifiable landmark nearest your shipping address (if any) to make it convenient for our delivery personnel to locate you.
Avoid abbreviations, misspellings and typos.
Makeup stash saves your contact details once you have placed an order. However, you do have the option of verifying and changing your address on the checkout page.
IMPORTANT: In case you place your order with incorrect shipping address, please notify us through phone call or email immediately and we will update it. Please note that address change request can only be made before the order is shipped.
Can I ship internationally?
No. Makeup Stash does not ship internationally at this time.
Only orders from Pakistan will be entertained.
How do I pay for my order?
COD: Cash on Delivery.
At the moment, this is the only payment method that we are offering.
You must ensure that you or someone authorized by you is available at the shipping address to collect your order and make the payment. All payments MUST be made at the time of delivery, without exception. Refusal to do so may result in blacklisting you from the site, without prejudice to any other legal action available to Makeup Stash.
If you are a minor, make sure you have your parents’ consent. Usage of this site and placement of an order implies such consent as per our Terms & Conditions.

Do you guys offer discounts or promotions and how do I get them?
Yes, we do !
Coupons are a great way to save some bucks on your favorite makeup products.
Makeup Stash will offer special coupon codes from time to time for its special customers from time to time through:

Note that only one promotion code can be used with one order.
Your products are more expensive than the manufacturers’ retail price? Why?
That is correct – and for good reason!
We source 100% genuine products from leading brands in the United States, Europe, Korea, and elsewhere. The prices on the manufacturers’ websites are for domestic consumers in their respective countries.
When we order and ship products to Pakistan, a host of added expenses are incurred, such as: international shipping and delivery costs from the foreign country to Pakistan, wharfage and port handling fees (both international and domestic), Customs duties, other taxes such as Sales Tax and Income Tax, collected by the Government of Pakistan. All these costs add up!
We strive to optimize our supply chain, so that you as a consumer have to bear the minimum amount possible! The peace of mind you get from knowing that your product is 100% original? Priceless.
Everyone loves freebies. How do I get free samples?
Makeup Stash offers free samples on large orders and to our special returning customers, so wait for some surprise samples in your package. You won’t be disappointed.
Does Makeup Stash offer online store credit?
Currently, we do not.
How do I know the products are original?
Selling genuine products is our top priority at Makeup Stash. Please check the packaging and bar code of each product carefully. Moreover, remember to read our blogs and watch videos. Makeup Stash posts blogs and vlogs occasionally to help customers differentiate between original and fake products. If you have any doubts, please contact us immediately.
I love a product on your website but it’s out of stock. What do I do?
Not to worry. In case a product is currently out of stock, the product detail page will show its status as, ‘Coming Soon’.
You can either bookmark the product detail page and check back with us at a later date. Alternatively, you will see an option button, ‘make an enquiry for this product’, which you can use to drop us a message telling us you’re interested. Or just write to us using the contact form and we’ll get back to you as soon as it is back in stock!

Also, you can leave reviews on Makeup Stash Pakistan’s Facebook page. We really appreciate genuine and constructive reviews about the products as well as Makeup Stash. Please note that makeup stash reserves the right to erase reviews that are libelous and meant for destructive/defamatory/slanderous purposes or which contain obscene/derogatory/inflammatory/controversial language. Where is Makeup Stash based anyway?
Makeup Stash is a Lahore-based company.
Can I return a product?
Our customers are very welcome to request to return a product in the unlikely case of being completely unusable, for instance, as a result of being broken or damaged. In that case, the customer must write to us immediately within twenty minutes of receiving the product along with photographs of the item. We will initiate a review of your request for return. If approved, we will replace the item if it is available in stock or return your money. We strongly recommend that you check the received products thoroughly right after accepting delivery. Please know that the courier service may not allow you to open and check the parcel before making payment. In the unlikely event of an approved return, it must be returned to us in the original packing and must not be used (shipping costs of returning an item will be borne by the customer). In case of any signs of use, the amount will not be refunded to the customer nor any replacements offered. In case of replacement of order, courier charges will be applied.
Makeup Stash reserves the right to change this policy without prior notice at any time.
Can I exchange products?
Unfortunately, no. Goods once sold cannot be exchanged. At the end of the day, this is for our customers’ benefit. Handling of products, no matter how carefully and lovingly, still leaves signs of wear and tear on them. We cannot accept such products as returns or exchange and pass them on to other customers.
Please note that in order to register a claim in case of missing/broken items, the customer is required to record a video unboxing the parcel, showing clearly whatever comes out of the parcel. If the customer fails to provide a video as proof, the claim will not be entertained and will therefore be rejected.
