Top lip: Start in the cupid’s bow and draw an x. Starting from the left corner of the lip, pull upwards to meet the top of the cupid’s bow and repeat on the opposite side.

Bottom lip: Start in the outside corner and pull towards the center. Repeat on the other side and fill as needed to build the latex look.
