Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges strictly under the following conditions:

Damaged or Defective Products: If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect.

Incorrect Items Received: If the product delivered does not match your original order.
Important Hygiene Policy: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be 100% unopened, completely unused, and in its original, sealed packaging. For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we absolutely cannot accept returns or exchanges on any products that have been unsealed, swatched, or used.
The 48-Hour Window
If you experience an issue with your order, you must report it to our customer care team within 48 hours of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot process any claims made after this timeframe has passed.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Products that have been opened, unsealed, or used.

Items purchased during promotional sales, clearance events, or flash deals.

Value bundles and gift sets (unless the entire set is returned unopened).
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Approval & Return: Once our team reviews and approves your request, we will provide you with specific instructions on how to send the item back to our facility.

Resolution: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your exchange or issue a refund within 3 to 5 business days.
