A good return policy is written down and easy to follow. Ours gives you 15 days from delivery to raise a return through the Return Form on the site. Once approved, we arrange collection from your address within 2-3 working days, and you choose between a cash refund within 15 days or 110% of the value as store credit within 5 days.
