Account Management & Ordering

If you are a new customer, you can create a Makeup Stash account quickly and easily. Simply click on ‘My Account’ at the top and add your details under the ‘Register’ section. This is extremely helpful and we recommend that you make an account to keep track of all your orders as well as to receive exclusive discounts, special offers, and updates about latest items in stock.

Of course! You can cancel or modify your order BEFORE it has been shipped and you’ve been sent the order completed and shipped email. Just drop us an email at orders <> makeupstash <> pk referencing your order number. Or just simply reply to the ‘Order Receipt’ email we send you containing your order info and PDF invoice when you place your order. Once you have received the package, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

Immediately after you have successfully placed your order with us, you will receive an email that contains information regarding the details of your order, along with an attached PDF invoice. This email/invoice is your receipt that can be printed for your records. The order confirmation email includes your order number, the details of the products and corresponding prices, coupons etc, your ship-to and bill-to information and other details. In case of a problem with the order, please be sure to mention the order number in your email. Note that your order information is also included in your Orders tab in your account dashboard.

Privacy Policy

We are very serious about customer privacy. Makeup Stash collects your name, address, phone number and email address through a secure server and keeps it completely confidential. This data is only collected for the purposes of completing orders and intimating customers about deals, offers, promotions etc. (with consent) as well as statistical purposes to improve our services. We will never distribute or sell your personal information to third parties unless required by law. Moreover, we do not store our customers’ financial information on our servers. We use the latest and updated e-commerce platform to power our store to ensure that data and transaction security is in accordance with the latest best practices and standards. Shipping

You can track your order at our tracking page https://makeupstash.pk/order-tracking/, using your order tracking number. You receive your order tracking number in the order completed and shipped email we send you, once your order has been marked for shipping. Registered users can also view the tracking number for their order in the “Orders” tab under the “My Account” link.
We dispatch in stock products within 2-5 working days after receiving your order. Some products may take longer depending on weight and size. We offer expedited shipping for same day delivery in Lahore (provided the order is placed till 2:00 p.m) and Two Days delivery in other cities (with some additional charges). Please note that orders received on public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day. You will received an email, informing you of when your order is shipped along with a tracking code that you can use to track your order at our shipping partner’s website.
Make sure to provide your COMPLETE postal address for speedy and accurate delivery. Provide your precise house number, city, province and phone number. It is also advised that you provide the name of a prominent and easily identifiable landmark nearest your shipping address (if any) to make it convenient for our delivery personnel to locate you. Avoid abbreviations, misspellings and typos. Makeup stash saves your contact details once you have placed an order. However, you do have the option of verifying and changing your address on the checkout page. IMPORTANT: In case you place your order with incorrect shipping address, please notify us through phone call or email immediately and we will update it. Please note that address change request can only be made before the order is shipped.
No. Makeup Stash does not ship internationally at this time. Only orders from Pakistan will be entertained.

Payment Options

We are offering multiple payment methods for your convenience. We accept Cash on Delivery, Bank Transfers, Debit & Credit Cards, Easypaisa, Jazzcash and other mobile wallets. All of these will be available at our checkout page. In case of COD, please ensure that you or someone authorized by you is available at the shipping address to collect your order and make the payment. All payments MUST be made at the time of delivery, without exception. Refusal to do so may result in blacklisting you from the site, without prejudice to any other legal action available to Makeup Stash. If you are a minor, make sure you have your parents’ consent. Usage of this site and placement of an order implies such consent as per our Terms & Conditions.

If you receive a product from us that is damaged, leaked during delivery, or differs from what you ordered, we are here to assist you. To help us process your claim smoothly, we kindly request that you record a brief video while opening the package to serve as proof of the damage.
We want to give you sufficient time to assess your purchase. Therefore, you have a 15-day window from the delivery date to initiate a return.
We cherish our customers and want their shopping experience to be enjoyable. As such, we bear the cost and handling of returning packages. Simply inform us of the return, and we'll arrange for our own courier to pick up the product.
We recognize that individual preferences vary, which is why we offer two refund options for eligible returns: a) Cash Refund: If you prefer a cash refund, we will transfer the full amount paid by you within 15 days of receiving the returned product. Please ensure that the item is in its original condition and packaging. b) Store Credit: Opting for store credit gives you even more value. We will issue you a credit equivalent to 110% of the amount paid by you within 5 days of receiving the returned product. Yes, that's 10% extra! This store credit will be provided to you in the form of a Gift Card, which you can use for future purchases on our website. At checkout, you can apply the gift card code to avail the credit.
You can apply for a refund by filling out the refund form given on our website. Please allow 24 hours for our representative to get in touch with you. Please ensure that you fill our all relevant details in the refund for quicker processing of refund.
