We offer replacements only under the following conditions:
Wrong Product Delivered
If you receive an item that differs from what you ordered, we will happily replace it with the correct one.
Damaged or Leaked Item
If your product arrives damaged or has leaked during delivery, we will send you a fresh replacement at no cost.
Note: In both cases, we kindly request that you record a short video while unboxing your package. This helps us process your claim quickly and fairly.
You must report any issue within 05Â days of receiving your order. Claims made after this period may not be eligible for replacement.
As part of our updated policy, we do not offer cash refunds or store credit. Over time, we have unfortunately experienced repeated cases of misuse and fraudulent refund claims — even when products were received in perfect condition.
To ensure fairness for all genuine customers and to maintain the integrity of our service, we have chosen to focus on replacements only.
