Return & Refund Policy

At Makeup Stash Pakistan, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to shop with complete confidence, which is why we’ve made our return process simple and hassle-free.

If you receive a damaged, leaked, or incorrect product, please record a short video while opening your package. This unboxing video may be required as proof to help us process your claim quickly.

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to submit a return request through our easy-to-use Return Form on the website. Once your request is reviewed and approved, our team will arrange the collection of the product from your address within 2–3 working days. The return shipping and handling costs are covered by us.

Once your return is approved, you can choose between:

• Cash Refund: Receive your refund within 15 days.

• 110% Store Credit: Receive 110% of the eligible product value as store credit through a Gift Card within 5 days.

Please ensure that returned products are in their original condition and meet our return requirements. This policy applies to full-sized products only and does not cover samples, complimentary products, or free gifts.
